Green Screen Video in Flash

The session will examine the video production process from planning to shooting green screen video and synching video with animation in a Flash SWF file. We will demonstrate setup and shooting of an actor in front of a green screen, editing of the content in Adobe Premiere Pro, keying out of the background in Adobe After Effects, and creation of video objects suitable for integration with animations created in Macromedia Flash 8 Professional. Then we'll further show how to sync green screen/alpha video, delivered through the FLVPlayback component with animation in a Flash swf file.

We will be delivering the presentation in Phillips Hall on the Franklin University Campus. Phillips Hall is on the corner of Grant and Main.

We plan on everyone starting to arrive at 6:00 PM and the session will start at 6:30 PM. The session will wrap up by 8:30 PM. Food and drinks will be provided, so be sure to get there close to 6:00 so you have don’t have to eat and type at the same time.
